Which muscles twitch?
How often?
I very occasionally get a twitch in my cheek / eye, and sometimes in my thigh. I usually massage the area, which sometimes gets rid of it, or it just goes away on its own after a while.

To be honest I don't know much about this, but if you give a few more details it may help someone answer your question.

Krs agrees: i do the same, but i also dont know much about it.
J_9 agrees: Great answer. I have to wonder which muscles do twitch also. Could be a sign of many things.
