Iam sandeep
Iam a diabetic for 18years with one kidney by birth recently my s creatine have gone up from 1.7 to 1.9 with gfr of 49 and urea of 75 doctors are saying that my kidney function will last up to 4or5 years maximum afterwards my kidneys will fail what have I to do I am 37year old private employee are there some medicines to control urea and creatine pl help

Stick to a vegetarian diet. Avoid meat.

Some herbs are said to help, of which urtica semen is supposedly good. See:
Urtica semen reduces serum creatinine levels.

The Mother tincture used in the study was provided by them and as this Mother tincture (a Homeopathy medicine form) is not available in the market .... Not in India, anyway.... You might have to contact them for it.
I think it would be worth the effort to do so.

But none of these other herbs are said to act so specifically as Urtica semen, as that article and study claim.

Juice of the fruit of Citrus medica (mahalung) also helps. The fresh fruit is available in some parts of India.

Please do not take any herb without medical advice, though.
