Does a man ejaculate more if he hasn't had sex in a while?

There are a number of factors that can contribute to the amount of ejaculate produced, the amount of time since your last orgasm is definitely one of them. Also if you drink a lot of water, you'll notice an increase.

yes my husband is in the military and when he leaves for months rthen comes back he ejaculates twice as much as he normally does
