High Blood Pressure

Hello I have high blood pressure when I eat a meal I have very high readings every time I have a meal It looks like sodium is causing the problems, I am on blood pressure medicine not really getting any help from my doctor,help me please

Okay, so you are on meds. Have you cut out your sodium intake? Have you increased potassium intake such as orange juice?

Also, what is your family history?

What kind of diet are you on?

Recent weight gain? Obesity?

It is hard to help with HTN without knowing a full and complete medical history.
