Height increase
Hi,
I am 20, female and just 4' 11 tall. Please advice me any height increasing products that would help me.

Are you speaking of lifts or something for your shoes??

As for as your height, what God has made you, is what you are, you really can not make yourself grow taller.

And there is nothing wrong with that hieght, I was noting today in church the number of ladies in that height range, it was because my wife is just alittle over 5 foot and I was noting the number of women shorter than her today.

Unfortunately there are no "products" that will help you at your age. Your ephysial plates have most likely fused, which means growth has stopped. This happens around ages 18 - 25. Are your parents small? Height is a matter of genetics.

Just remember, good things come in small packages.
