I have two lumps behind my right ear. Lately my mouth has been filling up with saliva. When I walk it feels as though everything is freezing for 3 to 5 seconds. Also I have had a constant ache in my head for the last 3 days. I feel run down and unhappy, and more so as the problem persists. Also my eyes have been watering for no aparrent reason. The lumps behind my ear are hard, round and do not appear to have any spots or scabs on them. They have been coming and going for the last 8 months but lately they seem to not be going at all and are making me feel more teary. Do you have any diagnosis for this my problem.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but being that Ask Me Help Desk is no substitute for going to a doctors office for a proper, in-person examination and subsequent diagnosis, and that anyone who might try to give you a diagnosis via this site would be doing so irresponsibly, the best thing that you can do would be to get yourself to a doctor who can properly examine and diagnose what's going on with you.

Outside of doing that, all anyone here can do is guess as to what's going on with you.
