foot disease
My wife yells at me all the time for going outside barefoot. She claims that I will get worms on the bottom of my feet. Is this possible, and if so what forms of bacteria or worms are their?

Yes, it is possible to get worms this way, especially if the soil is moist, such as after a rain or morning dew.

The worms that are indigenous to the US that we can get this way are pinworms, /hookworm, and roundworm.
