Getting a shot. Then passing out

You might want to try this herb called St. John's Wort to relieve your anxiety about needles. It helps promote a positive mood so I hope that'll help. But if you don't want to take any herbs then have you ever tried meditating before? That can also help relieve anxiety. Check out How to Meditate for some tips. Good luck.

I used to have the same problem then I got diagnosed with a thyroid condition and had to go get my blood drawn all the time. I basically decided that there was nothing to really be afraid of and I got tired of feeling exhausted after getting my blood drawn from getting so worked up.

Its also much easier to get blood drawn when you have a really good plebotomist (which is the technical name of the person who draws your blood). I had the best guy ever. He looked like a scary guy but he was so gentle and kind that it never hurt.
