Walk. Start by walking a block (are you in a town or city?). Then two. And so on. Is there a friend or neighbor you could walk with to make it more fun? If walking is not an option, please tell me what sort of movement or exercise would be possible.

Of course, the other side of the coin is to stop eating anything white -- sugar, flour, rice, bread, potatoes, marshmallows, pasta, and instead eat raw or lightly cooked vegetables and fruits. Broiled or baked chicken, turkey, and fish (but not breaded or battered) are also okay. Be sure eat a good breakfast, then taper off on food as the day goes on.

And be sure to consult with your doctor before you begin any diet and exercise program like this. Weight loss will help your blood pressure, breathing, and energy level, but make sure you doctor approves of your plan.
