I as a girl was always wearing two shirts to hide my underarm sweat. This kind of stuff can kill your self esteem. Let me tell you, finally when I was a little over 20 I talked to my brother (I know of all people) he gave me this stuff that his doctor perscribed to him. I used it for about a week and let me tell you, 10 or so years later i have never had to use it again. What is it you ask????? It is called Drysol. You roll it on under your arms, you are supposed to do it right before you lay down, don't ask me why I don't know. It hurts like hell the fist few times you use it, if you can take it then you do it again for a week straight, then you will stop sweating. Get the perscription from your doctor if he says it is safe for you. Good luck with this!! P.S., my brother also used it on his forehead and feet.

Please definitely see the following sites:

ALUMINUM CHLORIDE - TOPICAL SOLUTION (Drysol, Xerac AC) side effects, medical uses, and drug interactions.

Drysol Drug Information

Also, please speak with your physician and/or a pharmacist.

From the bottom site above:

What are the possible side effects of aluminum chloride hexahydrate?

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Call your doctor at once if you have any stinging, burning, redness, or swelling of treated skin areas.
Other less serious side effects are more likely to occur, such as tingling or itching of the treated skin.

Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.
