Stomach discomfort

For the past week and a bit I keep getting this feeling in my stomach like when you're really hungry and it doesn't feel great, but without the rumbling.

Now I thought this could have been due to not eating quite enough but I'm pretty sure I have, I'm just back from having lunch at the pub and I feel it again. Almost feels a bit like indigestion but further down.

Anyone had anything similar or any idea what it could be before I book a doctor's appointment?
