Bump on my boyfriend's neck.

HI there,

Ok, so my boyfriend has a bump on his neck. It looked like a zit, and today he was feeling it and said that it felt like an underground zit. When I felt it it felt like a small pebble under his skin and seemed to go pretty deep. Any clue as to what this is?

Sometimes pimples get sebaceous and cyst like - it sounds like that. They have a small hard core of pus.

Holy cow, it doesn't look like that. It LOOKS like a zit, but feels like a pebble.

No idea - some skin is more prone to it - diet? Lots of water? Trying not to sweat?
