According to a study at University of Illinois, babies eyes are about 75% the size they will eventually be.

So, apparently their eyes will grow be 25% as they mature.

Babies eyes and ears are usually the same size at birth and at adult hood.

jgj6331 disagrees: Babies' eye grow after birth as do their ears. Ears may continue to grow through adulthood - just look at any elderly gentleman and try to imagine those ears on an infant!!!
