Asking for Help to a poor Kidney patient

Dear visitors
I am a kidney patient.I am residing in a small village in South Indian state of TamilNadu.I have one 5 years old boy.My health is deteriorating day by day.I am working in a Social Welfare Organisation.They are paying me Rs.2500 as salary.I am spending Rs.1500 permonth for medicines and Docter fees.WIthin next few months Dialysis will start.For that I need atleast Rs.10000 for one time visit.
Under the present circumstancs,it is virtually impossible for me to manage.In the future I may have to undergo a transplantation surgory which will cost Rs.500000(US $ 10000).
My request to the visitors is that if u know anybody or any organisation who can help me then please informe me.I will be grateful to you.I want to live atleast till my son's age of 22.So please help me.
