Achilles Heel Pain

My left achilles heel is really sore and i was just wondering if anyone know what i can do to heal it quickly, i have been putting ice packs on it and massaging it but it still hurts. especially in the morning when i get up out of bed or when i sit for long periods of time. Can someone please help because it is really bugging me!! Thank you in advance!!

Whatever you did whether you remember it or not to your ankle you're going to have to take it easy for awhile and stay off the leg as much as possible until it properly heals.

do you skateboard? sometimes that can cause pain in your heel, especially if your not used to using those muscles. not just skateboarding though if you used it alot and your not used to it, it can cause muscle pain. just stay off of it and if its swollen or really stiff, you can take ibprophen, its what i use for stuff like that
