Wife just spilled a cup of soda on her keyboard

What should I do to make sure it does the least amount of damage? We wiped as much of the soda out between the key board as we could. It's going to get sticky I bet. Help.

You could pop off the keys and clean them and underneath them. But frankly a keyboard is cheap, under $20, so just replace it.

Laptop? Desktop? In any event, take apart as much as possible and wash in clear water. Dry and or put in a bag full of rice for a day.

I recently did it to my laptop keyboard.
