system speed

i have dual core processer 2.53 G Htz & 4 GB ram but my computer dose not work speedly. what can i do ???

You can A) get a faster computer, or B) determine the exact bottleneck and then make the necessary hardware or software changes to address it. Your question is too broad for any specific recommendations.
