i have the problem of usb that when i connect to pc than pc hang to connect of pendrive or connect usb keyboard & mouse then in screen i get the message of usb is not recognized. i aslo formatted the pc then also the same problem .
please help me this & give some replay on the my id that is

does the computer have usb ports on front and back of PC?

did you format with a factory cd or just a version of windows?

did these devices work before and not just now?

i already use of xp 32 bit & 64 bit version windows


yes there is 4 ports in back panel & front is 2 ports usb ports

if you are trying to use the ports in the front, they are more than likely 1.1 USB ports with 1.1 USB drivers

Try using the ones on the back of the machine depending on how old machine is, the ports on back of the machine will be 2.0 ports with 2.0 USB drivers
