Keyboard not responding or typing random letters

I just cleaned my keyboard by taking off the keys, blowing it out, using a slightly damped lysol tollette and putting the keys back together while word was on to double check what keys were what. It seemed to work fine but a couple hours later it randomly starts typing succesives k and keys stop responding (mostly j y l and backspace). I dont know much about hardware so I dont even know where to start to fix this problem. I have a Toshiba Satellite, almost 2 yrs old, on Windows XP.

You fried your keyboard. Get a new one as there is no fix for this. Basically it's a component that went bad when you cleaned the keyboard. Also, don't use Lysol towelettes. Use 91% rubbing alcohol as a cleaner as it is as close as you can get to a circuit board cleaner without spending an arm and a leg. Keyboards are more delicate than you think and are very easily damaged.

New question: how do you replace a keyboard? While googling this problem I read it is easy and not worth it to go to a repair store, but I can't find anything referring to how to do it for laptop PCs.

Go to Laptop Repair Help and then enter in your question in the "Search" box. For example, enter: "Replace an Inspiron 2500 keyboard"
