Keyboard issue

I have windows xp and I have 4 user accounts. My son recently locked the keyboard out of his profile, and I do not know how to fix it! They keyboard works on everyone elses profile, but not his. He can not type on any program, including notepad or internet. I know it has to be something really simple, please help!
