DDR, DDR2,DDR3 are faster speed memory. Yes, your PC can support those cards as long as the card is in AGP format. You are limited by the bandwith of the AGP(8X) and PCI bus speeds. Faster memory means a faster computer. Replace all memory with same speed though.
