How to download music to my MP4

I have purchased an MP4 and have misplaced the instructions. The company where I bought it from are not being very helpful so if anyone can please help me I really will appreciate it. I need step by step instructions on how to download my music from my computer to my MP4 so I can finally enjoy it.

my mp4 says mp3 songs are unsupported and won't play them except 1 song

heyy do you have an mp4?is yes where did you get yours and ow much did it cost? i got mine from a machine and it only cost me 2 bucks so im lucky cya

Connect your Mp4 player to computer, import your music into windows media player, sync your mp4 player with WMP, the music will be transferred to your MP4 player.

For video, you can follow this guide to convert your video to mp4 video for putting on your device.
