graphic card problems.

just bought call of duty 4,installed everything ok,but when i come to start the game i get message "driver or graphics card does not support alpha shading" i've got a geforce fx 5700 ultra,and i've also got call of duty 2 which runs fine,i've been on the nvidia website and it says my drivers don't need updating.anybody help?

Not sure, could just be that the card you have does not support that feature and really nothing you can do except get another (newer) video card

Try Call of Duty website for a FAQ section

Hopefully I am wrong and you can get this working but if the game will not let you start because of error, the card may not support that feature
