    Device Manager
    Hello
    My name is Shelley and I am having a problem with my Hardware Devices.
    Under Device Manager I have a yellow Question mark beside, OTHER DEVICES, and PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATIONS CONTROLLER. Can anyone tell me what this means please?

    Basically it means that Windows doesn't know what kind of device that is. If you've got a CD with drivers on it, you can probably put it in, install the drivers, and windows will recognize the device.
