Built in webcam problems

Hi, im having trouble with my built in webcam on my Advent M201 Blue laptop, i cant get it turned on, i tried presing FN and F7 together but when i do a little box comes up in the corner saying 'No Function' and i cant seem to find anything about my wewbcam inmy programmes, i dont know what else to do, could someone please help me?

cant find my webcam
used the link to fix my webcam but i cant find it any where in my programmes to open it? anyone help?
