Bios update

I have installed CPU-Z on my computer. I need a BIOS update and cannot find the version I need. I've searched this site but to no avail. Anyone know another site to get this?

This is what cpu-z shows under the mainboard tab. I've googled this but can't seem to come up with anything. The reason I'm updating it is because I cannot re-install windows 98 se

Compaq should have them on their site per model number. HP Support & Drivers
