    How do you cut the taste of too much pepper in jar of Bruschutta?

    Bruschetta? I would assume that you could add more tomatoes to the sauce... that may cut it proportionately... You could also add more onion and garlic to it... that way, you'd have more bruschetta in the same amount of pepper. May work.
