Chinese gesture

I like to eat chines a lot but doctor tell`s not to eat lot of SOYA SOS. What should I do.

Soy sauce is very salty and salt isn't really good for you, that's why the doctor said that. Chinese food contains a lot of salt anyway.

Why not bring some low sodium soy with you when you eat out, there are a lot of low sodium brands in the supermarket you can choose from now.

Why not try to cook chinese style food at home? Get some cookbooks, it could be fun. You can use less salt and reduce the sodium if you're cooking it yourself!
