what to speak to family and friends

i have poor communication skills...i can communicate formally well...but i don't understand what to speak with college friends..family..n other relatives..i am mostly silent...on facebook also people comment on posts but i dnt find anything to speak about...that makes me a secluded part of the group....also i can converse with 1 or 2 ppl but fear speaking informally in a group...i am not able to enjoy with them.....with family members also i may end up just being rude or talking pointless.....many a times i find that things are clear in my mind..but i am not able to put them into correct words and express what i actually wanted to say....i feel short of words....when my classmates crack jokes or have discussion i can understand that well..i smile..but dont understand what should i speak...or if i speak i may end up speaking vague.. please suggest some thing |
