I 've been to mediation through the courts to solve an on going problem with my kids father which is on going because he does not want to come to terms with me. I am not from this state and have no mediate family at all here except fiance and new baby. My fiance and I want to move out of state back to my home town. Would I get in trouble if I just left with child and put in custody papers in natural state my daughter and I were born in?
