| Hi, I`m a foreigner living in korea, since I married to my wife, a national,I started getting harrased by neighbords since I move to other city and not have friends here,so far 2 years,they started verbally harrasing me (students,all kind of people),and lately they grew more aggresive, they puncture the tires of my car(they are jealous because we have 2 cars),about one week before come one drunken man and try to down my door(my wife was`t here)so I call the police ,then my wife come and He started screaming at her.so I intervene and He apologies to my wife,not to me even when speaking foul language to me before,and knoking the door so hard,so the police call me many times because can`t find my home,so I give to my wife and she told the police not to come,;so I agreed but I didn`t like,anyway I think He is getting revenge,and the harrasement is more,this morning and for the first time I receive a call with a sound very extrane.and children and women talking loudly that I will be taken away to my countryI`m legally married in compliance with the law and immigrations,but they are so blind,they don`t know the laws,they think that they can make the laws,but about february I find from a second floor building was being wacht so I point my handphone to that window ,and find perps runing to their cars(like 8) and follow one a foot running from that house and by asking a market boss whom he was, I was told that it was a ex police man,;a perp and corrupt,so I`m being harrased by those kind of people, I went to the police 2 times and they said can`t do nothing ,need a name and his card number(how could get his number!! I will be charge with stolen property!!!)any advice what to do? I can`t find here help, or just move, and the perps harrasement only happen when I`m alone, not with my wife,she said no to listen .,they are trying to ruin my reputation ,by spreading slander that I`m a mafia,I used drugs,that I`m a criminal running from the law etc,my record is clean here and my country too,never been in jail ,most people I never saw them before,so how they can trying to know me,I`m a a fine art painter taugh by myself,(in 2000 I was interview by a channel because of my art, I learn english and korean,I know ho how to drive a fork lifting truck and the excavator,etc ,please any advice really thank you ..Ben
Hi, I`m being slander,never been in jail or have criminal records,just neighbords harrased me because i`m the only foreigner, they spread lies about me being a mafia, used drugs and running from the law,I went to the police twice abd complain about that, they said can`t do nothing without given them a name ,I don`t know them I just move here and since day 2 it start the slander (with my wife) my wife said not to listen,we have 2 cars and last time we found one with the 2 tires pucture with a knife,since I`m a part time artist so I`m sometimes in my home,when my wife is not with me,; they do the slander,someone has spread false rumor about me to others cause I don`t know them ,never saw they faces whatsoever,my question is because of those rumor immigration or the police could arrest me or taking my visa and be deported?I listen to them that tomorrow I`m going..how could be this unilateral law by some locals,just because I`m a foreigner,I worried because I found that a ex policeman was spying on my home from another building, so I guest He have friends in the police force,and they could arrest me in false charges..please any advice really thank you ,with regards Ben,
