I live in a townhouse with a small back yard. My back yard is fenced in. My next door neighbors are a single mother age 37 & her daughter age 18. The mother is never home. The daughter is home alone. The daughter has many parties. Young kids attend the parties, ages 16 thru 20. Alcohol and Pot is highly consumed at these parties. They are loud. I finaly called the police. The police made them clean up the mess(empty beer cans) and turn down the volume on the music.They continue to have parties, with the music down, but they still are loud and they party late into the evening.
Last night was 5 nights in a row of parties. I spoke to the mother about this, and her comment was that the kids were going to party no matter what and that she would rather have them do it in her home than in a car.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to handle this problem?

yeah embarrass her This takes guts but invite some of your friends to help you out and join the party dress like them also invite a few under cover cop in with your group. But if she the fighter type should be careful.

HI this is a common problem I would see if I could get the support of the other neighbors in your townhouse bulidings and demand that the party stop. In most places there is a noise ordinance in place. With numbers you can unite in strength. I agree with the previous post but i would go one step above that I would get someone to videotape the party so I would have some type of evidence. If they are using drugs at the party the police will have to take some kind of action. hey for all I know it a drug house ;D that just my 3 cents GOOD LUCK

listen doll the best thing to do is get out of that place your nieghbors are evil doers acting on the baton of satin do not allow him to destroy you ,move sell the home if you can.
