Parents
Hello, I just wanted to say my parents are splitting up, and I'm finding it really hard! I have moved away to a dance college and I get phone calls off my dad telling me to stay instead of coming home at weekends! But when I do come home he doesn't even talk to me! He just shakes his head as I walk in the room! Im really finding it hard becos I don't feel welcome in my own home anymore! I just need help in how to handle it all!

Do you have another family member, clergy or maybe a school counselor you can talk to? You need to understand, that the divorce is not about you. It's a problem between your parents, but you are just getting caught in the crossfire. A good counselor should be able to help you cope.
