How to legally evict someone that lives in my home and has never paid rent California
My daughter in-law and her baby have been living in our home for 5 months now under the assumption that she needs time to save money and get her affairs together so she can get her own place. All she does is sit around watching TV and being disrespectful to her mother. Every month she gets over $1000.00 and has it spent within a few days. She pays nothing towards rent or bills and when told she has to move she says "I don't have to!" My main concern is for the baby but it is to the point that she is disrupting the whole household. Any advice on ways I can get her out would be appreciated. I live in California. Thank you.
