My wife and I started a travel and tours agency and got her cousin to manage it for us (Let's call her Michelle). Now, Michelle preiviously worked for another cousin who is into the same line of business, but due to bad management and debt, it began to nose-dive, with it are the money of its clients. Michelle had to quit prior to this dive - which made her cousin quite furious. Fomer clients are now asking for Michelle's help in order to get their money back, which becomes her dillemma as she wanted to help them but would not want to jeopardize her cousin as well.

Just today, Michelle was able to receive some verbal abuse and threats coming from her cousin - and the poor girl is quite afraid of what this person can do. What would be the best way to deal with this? This cousin is beginning to mess with my business and is beginning to get in my nerves - i don't want to take this on a personal level, but my business is being affected by her.
