They have a reverse look up feature in which you type in the number and they give you an address if its listed.
They have adds for more advanced search engines if that doesn't work.

The area code 832 is for Texas. 489 is for Houston.

I tried three of my reverse phone look ups, it is not comming up as a listed residental number.

** remember many cell phones can not be traced.

but a pay site is showing it as a number they have the info on the owner of the number. That site is https://find.intelius.com
