I stopped education in age of 16 in Poland - where to start in UK?

Hi, i had to stop my education when i was 16, back in Poland... we dont have there GCSE's or A levels, our main exam is MATURA which you take after finishing the high school in age of 18... well obviously i didnt get there. Where should i start my education, when should i go to get some advise, i am full time employee, age 24. Thank you so much for help
