    Trouble shooting my T.V.
    I have an older model rear projection television, the video and sound both went out at the same time, anyone have an idea on what I need to change out

    There are so many possibilities that I can't even guess. It may be the power-supply circuitry (that generates the DC voltages required by the TV). That's where I would start.
