Have you looked into perhaps a class in English fluency? A lot of universities and community colleges offer them.

Is it more in writing or speaking English in which you are having some difficulties? Or, is it in doing both? As far as writing, you could be practicing it on this site and we would be glad to help you get better at doing it! And, all of the help would be free!

I want to know what is your mother tongue?English or......? if not English, try to practise more with someone who speak english or watch some english programmes,TV,MOVIES......also you can write something on this site for practice! read some english books,newspapers,magizines......as long as you really want to make progress,you can find many ways to do!
