I have lost my snmaster.idx database for aol and when i go into pogo it starts to load a game and aol shuts me down back to my desktop. It says my snmaster.idx database is missing. Could you tell me how to download this database? Thank you very much. Jody

Reinstall AOL.

as mentioned, unisntall aol through add remove and then manually delete AOL folders in c:\program files

and would suggest but not needed to run ccleaner to clean/optimize registry before reinstalling
