Error message about corrupt SQL Server installation

After I had used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, I’ve started getting at Windows start-up the following error message: "Your SQL Server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (unable to load SQLBOOT.DLL). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem".

I could not understand what to “uninstall”, but tried to reinstall Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition in the hope that it will restore SQLBOOT.DLL, but that did not make the same error message to disappear at Windows start-up.

How can I get rid of that error message?
