Windows Shutdown Error

When I attempt to shutdown I get an error which flashes up then disappears. I then have to manually shutdown. This is the error message:

Autodet.exe dll initialization failed

Thanks for any assistance

That's causing the problem. If you could without it you can uninstall it. I don't imagine it's a very popular program since it runs in Lotus, you can try getting some tech support from this site: IBM Software - Lotus EasySync Pro - Support
