its a bios password either you set it in your bios or the person you got it from did it. you can do 2 things
the first is who ever sold it to you ask them for the password
the second is remove the jumper off the motherboard to reset the bios password but make sure you know which jumper to take off!!!! (its a two prong little black piece of plastic right next to your bios chip) remove this while everything is unplugged and turned off and put it back on then boot you system it should work.
