Spyware Device manager

Ya'll,
I have spyware & I cant get into Device Manager, Control Panel is off the start menu and its basically no where to be found. System properties is not showing - I keep getting this "RESTRICTION WARNING" message. & yes I'm the administrator! I've thought of uninstalling the Anti-Virus for now and deal with this one on one, but the problem is I cant access Control Panel.

Any ideas? Appreciated

You can remove the affected Hard drive, insert it into an external hard drive case and use another computer with anti-virus & anti-spyware installed, then do a full scan...

I know you have found the answer to your problem but I have a way to remove

programs you no longer need -- It's called CCleaner -- And it is free

It removes junk files and problems that make your computer slow

In the TOOL section you can remove bad programs, and uninstall programs

I like to remove faulty programs and get a fresh copy that is updated

CCleaner download and review - remove junk files from SnapFiles

Hi,
If you are not able to login to the control panel try with all programes {local disc C}. Try to delete the software from all programes. Try to scan the system, locate the affected software and then manually try to delete the softwares.
