PS3 not working on tv

I bought a 26" samsung Flatscreen TV, along with an HDMI cable. My PS3 works fine on that TV, but when I plug it into my Emerson Digital TV via HDMI, the scrren is blank, but I can hear sound from whatever channel my TV box is on (the Emerson has COX digital cable). The PS3 used to work on the Emerson before I got an HDMI cable, but it won't work, even with the "Component A/V cable"

Actually, its the PS3. I lost my best buy recipt, forgot where i got it. Bougt it in like oct. or nov. '07, it'[s still under warrenty. Who do i Call?

your PS3 should be in their system. Call the people at best buy and make sure.
