programs mixing

can any one tell me why when i open up a program in internet explorer a different program comes up, and quite often the prgram wont open up at all, then it wont go back and you have to come out of it alltogether, then start again

In order for your question to be answered, I think you will need to offer much more information regarding your situation. Are you sure you are using Internet Explorer to open other programs, or are you talking about Windows Explorer? Does this problem occur when opening any program, or just specific programs? What do you mean "it wont go back"?

If you can provide the answers to the above questions, perhaps also with any error messages that occur, we can begin troubleshooting properly.
