Printer Codes

>
Does anyone know what a flashing printer code 1, 10
means on a Lexmark Medley 4C? Lexmark has dropped support for this old combo.

Re: Printer Codes

You can find a user manual for that printer on this site:
http://www.partsolver.com/sitemap/lexmark/4012006/

Hope this is helpful to you.

Re: Printer Codes

thank you for that info.
I have all three customer manuals but not a one said anything about printer error codes. Service manual must have had them in! So this week I threw the printer away in the garbage. Some internet users had said that the code meant trouble on the main board and that it would not be worth fixing. I probably could have fixed it if I could have found a schematic or service manual.
Been in the electronic business for 60 years.
Thanks again for answering.
