Outlook will not let me open inbox

Outlook will not let me open inbox

I have come accross this problem where some of my users cant open there inbox

It says unable to display in grey on the right where it would usually display the messages

This is on a LAN using Exchange 5.5 with outlook 2000 and 2003.

Where I attach the mailboxes to my account being administrator it works

Has anyone had this problem before
