Needed input

I have an older HP Pavilion and it is in SAFE MODE I have checked all things in the device manager and every where else I know to check don't know what else to do. I can't get it out of safe mode. I do not have the recovery disk. Can someone help me????

Most HPs have a recovery partition. it tell you how to enter it when you first boot. You can run the recovery from there.

Scott, I am not real computer smart but, if I am understanding you it is in the screen that comes up and askes you to normal, step by step, safe mode, ect.? It will not let me go anywhere but just to safe mode. HELP)!!!

No, its BEFORE that screen. When you first power up. I beleive its pressing the F10 key.
