| My Sony, I have to remove the RAM chip access door and put a little pressure on the chip then turn it on, to get the computer to boot up, that was before, then I had to put something inside the access door to hold pressure againt the chip permanently. I am guessing that my case is a bad solder joint on the printed circuit board PCB, no one has ever heard of this problem before that I have talked to. Do you hear the floppy or CD motor make any noise. |
